Working as the Director of Special Projects, I lead several vendors through the procurement and project execution phases. I managed the HRIS extract for 15 years of historical data, lead the vendor selection process for $200K payroll business process re-engineering project, and developed a new financial reconciliation process to track $72M in real property utilizing a new BIS encompassing 725,000 square feet. I also developed and facilitated numerous team all hands and leadership step backs. I lead the talent related change management process of a school turnaround including staff assessments, interviews, communications, and compliance.
Through a fellowship with Education Pioneers, I worked directly with senior leadership to facilitate an organizational workshop to codify core values across three autonomous schools and headquarters as part of 5 year strategic initiative to grow and sustain the network. I also developed a high level change management plan to implement the 5 year strategic initiative and conducted market analysis to identify new sustainable revenue streams and business models for The Foundation.

As part of an ongoing system devolpment initiative to update IRS tax processing technology, I provided comprehensive PMO strategy and support to senior level stakeholders for the Customer Account Data Engine (CADE 2). The efforts of my team will lead to improved data integrity and significantly expedited tax return processing that could soon redefine the refund anticipation loan industry.

Working within the business behind the bottle, I lead several system development efforts by executing Requirements Analysis and Project Management oversight for external vendor Proof of Concepts. My efforts helped to facilitate the seamless integration of Coca-Cola's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) package into it's extensive SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Responding to demographic trends and shifts in entertainment consumption, my team and I developed a comprehensive attendance and membership growth strategy for several identified target markets throughout Houston.
